We're committed to bringing passion and customer focus to the business.Job Summary:The Operations Supervisor will oversee day-to-day operations in our egg processing facility. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and technical skills to ensure efficient production while maintaining the highest standards of food and employee safety.Duties and Responsibilities:Operate and troubleshoot processing equipmentSupervise team to ensure quality, schedule attainment, and production efficiencyCoach, mentor, and develop staff; oversee onboarding and trainingPromote employee accountability and provide regular feedbackEnsure compliance with food safety and sanitation programs (SQF, USDA, 3rd party audits)Track and maintain employee training recordsSupport performance management with HR as neededCommunicate goals and updates through meetings and 1:1sOrganize workflow and schedulingMaintain cleanliness and organization within the plantMonitor department performance and develop improvement strategiesComplete required reporting and log trackingPromote and lead a strong safety culturePerform other duties as assignedKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:Required:At least 1 year of supervisory experienceHS diploma or equivalentManufacturing experienceProficient with power tools and equipment safetyStrong written and verbal communication skillsSelf-starter and team playerFluent in English (reading, writing, speaking)Solid math skills (arithmetic, algebra, percentages)Computer literacy for reporting and analysisPreferred:College degreeSupervisory experience in egg processingExperience with pasteurizing and drying liquid eggSanitation experience (CIP, chemical handling, pump operation)
