Opportunity:
Physician – Emergency Medicine

Job Details:

• Provide emergency medicine care in an ED/UC setting with approximately 20 patient encounters per shift
• Shifts available November 25-27, day shifts from 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM, with ongoing coverage needs anticipated in 2027
• Facility sees approximately 40-60 patients in a 24-hour period
• Must hold an active Wisconsin medical license or IMLC licensure
• Board certification in Emergency Medicine is required
• ACLS and ATLS certifications are required
• Credentialing timeframe is approximately 90 days
• Trauma Level 4 facility
• Nearest airport is Madison – MSN
• Lodging available at Best Western Portage
