• Experience: Relevant occupational or primary care experience preferred

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct DOT certification exams and provide occupational health services
• Perform physical assessments and screenings in line with FMCSA guidelines
• Manage patient care and document assessments using electronic health records
• Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with health and safety standards
• Educate patients on health and safety procedures in the workplace
• Support ongoing health initiatives and wellness programs within the facility

What You Need:

• Valid Nurse Practitioner license in Wisconsin
• DOT certification (or ability to obtain) and FMCSA digital upload experience
• Ability to perform DOT exams and provide occupational health services
• Strong communication and patient interaction skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
