This is a traveling position, and the ideal candidate must be comfortable and dependable when traveling between our office locations as needed.ResponsibilitiesGreet and assist patients and families with a warm and professional attitudeTravel reliably between our multiple office locations as neededBe flexible and comfortable working at different office locations based on scheduling and staffing needsSchedule appointments and coordinate patient careExplain treatment plans and payment options to patients and familiesAnswer phones and respond to patient questionsFollow up with new and existing patientsWork closely with the orthodontist and team at each locationProvide excellent customer service and create a positive patient experienceMaintain accurate and up-to-date patient recordsHelp ensure smooth daily operations across office locationsQualificationsFriendly, positive, and professional personalityExcellent communication and organizational skillsHighly reliable and dependable, with a strong commitment to traveling between office locationsReliable transportation and the ability to travel between our locations regularlyComfortable adapting to different office environments and working with various team membersComfortable working with patients and familiesPrevious dental or orthodontic experience preferred, but not requiredAbility to manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining excellent patient serviceFlexible, team-oriented, and willing to travel where neededWhat We're Looking ForWe are looking for someone who is positive, dependable, flexible, and enjoys helping people create beautiful smiles.
