Relationship Specialist (Entry-Level)

About the Role

O’Design is looking for a highly organized, process-driven Relationship Specialist (Entry-Level) to support our sales and events operations.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives behind the scenes—keeping systems clean, tasks moving, and teams aligned. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring every detail is handled from initial sale through event handoff.

What You’ll Do

• Create and manage sales documents (Intent of Business, agreements, client files)
• Execute follow-up tasks to keep opportunities moving forward
• Maintain organized systems across Asana, tracking documents, and client folders
• Set up and structure projects for new events
• Prepare accurate, detailed handoffs to the Event Team
• Track tasks, deadlines, and action items across multiple projects
• Ensure all data, documents, and systems are clean and up to date
• Flag missing information or delays before they become issues
• Roles and responsibilities can change at any time

• Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities without dropping details
• Clear, professional written communication
• Proactive and comfortable identifying gaps or inefficiencies
• Self-motivated and effective in a remote work environment

Required Skills

• Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Asana (or similar task/project management tool)
• Zoom (or similar platform)
• Experience with file organization and data tracking systems

Bonus Skills

• Canva (basic design support)
• Email marketing platforms (Flodesk, Zoho, or similar)
• Adobe Creative Suite (basic familiarity)

Salary and Benefits

This is an entry level position and we are hiring between $48,000-54,000 annual salary based on experience. Additional benefits after one year include company matched 401K.
