Clinical Social Worker

Brigham and Women's Faulkner Hospital

Brigham and Women's Faulkner Hospital is seeking a Float Social Worker to cover inpatient medicine and surgery, Addiction Recovery Program, psychiatry consult liaison, or ED as staffing requires. You will perform bio-psychosocial assessments and interventions, identify high-risk factors, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to address barriers to care and discharge planning. Requirements include a Master’s in Social Work and MA licensure (LCSW; LICSW preferred), with 1+ year #J-18808-Ljbffr
