Always Best Care is hiring InHome Caregivers to support clients throughout Williamson County and North Travis County. If you're passionate about providing exceptional care, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do:

• As an InHome Caregiver, you will provide personalized, compassionate support, including:
• Assistance with daily living activities (meal prep, bathing, dressing, mobility support)
• Light housekeeping to maintain a safe, clean home environment
• Companionship, conversation, and emotional support
• Monitoring client wellbeing and reporting changes to the care team

What We're Looking For:

Experience: Minimum 1 year of professional caregiving (home care, assisted living, or similar).

Skills: Ability to assist with daily living tasks while maintaining professionalism and empathy

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license
• Reliable vehicle + auto insurance
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
• Passion: A genuine commitment to improving the lives of seniors

Work Schedule:

• Flexible hours: 2060 hours per week based on your availability
• Shift options: 4, 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts
• Day, evening, night, weekend, and overnight shifts available
• Weekend and holiday availability may be required
