Job Schedule: 9/80: Employees work 9 out of every 14 days - totaling 80 hours worked, and have every other Friday off

Job Description: L3Harris Technologies is seeking a candidate to analyze and improve sequences of manufacturing / operations and workflows to improve efficiencies pertaining to cost/schedule control, cost reduction, inventory control, and all phases of production record systems . The candidate will assist with establishing methods for maximum utilization of production processes through improvement initiatives .

Essential Functions :

• Provides continuous improvement support to manufacturing operations and related functional areas
• Lead and support improvement efforts directed towards workflow, work sequencing, work area layout, and standardized work
• Monitor and development improvement efforts to ensure safe and efficient utilization of time, personnel, material, equipment, and capital resources

Qualifications :

• To be eligible, applicants must be pursuing a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering , Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Quality Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Management, Quality Sciences, Finance or related field

Preferred Skills:

• Lean Six Sigma (LSS) Yellow or Green Belt
• Microsoft Office
• Simio

PAY TRANSPARENCY: In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in Colorado state, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York state, and Vermont is $18.50/hr - $36.50/hr . This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. L3Harris also offers a variety of benefits, including relocation stipend, 401(k), EAP, and company-paid holidays. The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements.
