Digital Marketing Manager, Life Sciences, Scientific Instrumentation
\n \nBasic salary: $70k to $90k
\n \nTotal compensation: $113k
\n \nA Digital Marketing Manager with experience in life sciences, biotech, scientific instrumentation, or technical markets, is required to join a fast-growing scientific technology business operating at the cutting edge of biological imaging. \n \nThe Role
\nBased 3 days a week in the San Diego office, the Digital Marketing Manager will take ownership of multi-channel demand generation, designing and executing campaigns that tie digital activity directly to pipeline outcomes. This includes running automation workflows, segmenting audiences, and developing lead nurturing programmes, while collaborating with Sales, Market Development, and Product Management on account-based initiatives. You will also partner with scientific and content specialists to transform complex technical material into compelling campaigns spanning web, email, paid media, webinars, and digital events. Success is measured equally across qualified lead creation and pipeline contribution, making a commercially focused, data-driven mindset central to how this role operates.

\n \nWhat experience does the Digital Marketing Manager need?
\n- \n
- At least four years in a B2B digital capacity, ideally within life sciences, biotech, scientific instrumentation, or a similarly technical sector \n
- Hands-on capability with Salesforce or an equivalent CRM, combined with strong automation platform skills covering segmentation, analytics, and attribution \n
- A demonstrated history of connecting digital programme activity to commercial pipeline growth, underpinned by an analytical, outcomes-first approach \n
- Strong written communication ability, including confidence working alongside scientific teams and adapting complex technical subject matter into effective campaign content \n
