Accounts Receivable Department Tracker

The Accounts Receivable Department Tracker will be responsible for managing accounts receivable, following up on outstanding balances, and ensuring timely collections. This role requires someone confident and persistent who is comfortable communicating with clients and driving payments.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail oriented, and proactive, with the ability to manage AR processes while eventually taking on billing responsibilities. Experience in a manufacturing environment is a strong plus. This is a fast paced role with flexibility in hours, requiring full time availability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts receivable and track outstanding balances
• Follow up on collections and ensure timely payments
• Communicate with clients regarding invoices and payments
• Maintain accurate AR records and documentation
• Assist with and eventually take on billing responsibilities
• Monitor accounts and identify discrepancies
• Work with internal teams to resolve issues

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of AR or collections experience required
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Assertive and confident personality
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Experience in manufacturing environment preferred
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
• Reliable and able to work full time with flexible hours

Location: Newark, NJ

Type: Full time (40 hours weekly, flexible schedule)

Salary: $70,000$80,000/year
