Job Summary

Certified Operating Room Tech, Operating Room, Wichita, KS: The position supports surgical services across a broad range of procedures, including orthopedic, trauma, neurological, gynecological oncology, ophthalmic, general, and cardiovascular cases. The role is suited to a motivated, self-starting Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) with current hospital operating room experience and the ability to participate in call coverage.

Job Details

• Required Qualifications: Current hospital experience as a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) for at least 6 months; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA) certification.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with robotic surgery, trauma experience, and vascular training.
• Schedule: Day shift, 12-hour shifts, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Additional Information: Provides surgical support for orthopedic, orthopedic trauma, neurological and spine, gynecological oncology, ophthalmic, general, and cardiovascular procedures. The role includes one late-night shift per week, one working Saturday every fourth week from 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., and one to two eight-hour weekend call shifts on Saturdays or Sundays.
