Hose Assembler / Hydraulic Parts Specialist
Location:
Vancouver, WA
Pay:
$20-$25/hr DOE
Schedule:
Monday-Friday | Full-Time | Day Shift

Opti Staffing Group is partnering with a leading hose and fitting distribution company that has built a reputation for providing top-quality hydraulic products and exceptional customer service. This growing team is looking for a motivated individual with industry knowledge, strong customer service skills, and a desire to build a long-term career.
What You'll Do:

Assemble hydraulic hoses and fittings to customer specifications
Assist customers with product selection and technical questions
Process parts orders and maintain accurate inventory records
Support purchasing and replenishment activities
Utilize Microsoft Office programs for order entry and communication
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Provide outstanding customer service both in person and over the phone

What You Need to Have:

Strong customer service background
Experience working with hydraulic systems or industrial equipment
Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Outlook and Excel
Ability to multitask and stay organized
Positive attitude and willingness to learn

The Musts:

Previous experience in customer service
Mechanical aptitude and ability to work with tools
Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
Strong communication skills

Preferred:

Hydraulic hose assembly experience
Parts sales experience
Purchasing experience
Inventory control experience
Experience in industrial distribution or related industries
