Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver high-quality counseling and psychotherapeutic services to a diverse client base, including individual sessions, couples therapy, and family counseling.

• Independently develop and implement comprehensive, personalized treatment plans by assessing client needs and collaborating with them to set measurable goals.

• Act as an advocate for clients, connecting them with essential resources and services such as financial assistance, housing support, and other community resources.

• Provide crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing acute mental health challenges, including suicidal ideation and severe trauma responses.

• Engage in community outreach and educational initiatives that promote mental health awareness and work towards reducing stigma.

• Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations by accurately documenting case records, treatment plans, and progress reports.

• Participate in regular clinical supervision and professional development opportunities aimed at enhancing both clinical skills and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
