Customer Service Specialist

Data entry of customer purchase orders and emailing order confirmations to customers Communicate order status and provide tracking information to customers Check stock levels and pricing for customer inquiries Manage customer warranty returns. Work with the Production Planner on availability of product and planned ship dates Support the Regional Sales Managers on daily activities Work in a team environment to solve customer issues Contribute to process improvements Requirements: Associate Degree or equivalent 3+ years of Customer Service experience required Knowledge of order entry / ERP system, preferably SAP Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to multitask and focus on details is critical.
