Job Summary

GroundsPRO is hiring a Commercial Landscape Account Manager to manage client relationships, ensure service quality, and drive account growth across commercial properties.

This is a high-impact role responsible for customer retention, service delivery, and upselling enhancements . You’ll work directly with clients while partnering with field teams to deliver consistent, high-quality landscape maintenance services.

What You’ll Do

• Manage a portfolio of commercial landscape maintenance accounts
• Build strong client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction
• Perform regular site visits and quality inspections
• Identify and sell enhancement opportunities (mulch, flowers, upgrades, etc.)
• Ensure services meet contract specifications and company standards
• Resolve service issues quickly by coordinating with operations teams
• Manage account budgets and support profitability goals
• Assist with contract renewals and retention strategies
• Maintain clear client communication and account documentation

• Experience in landscape maintenance, account management, or property management
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities
• Problem-solver with strong attention to detail
• Valid driver’s license
• Comfortable working outdoors and visiting job sites regularly

⭐ Preferred Experience

• Commercial landscaping or turf knowledge
• Experience managing service-based accounts
• Upselling or sales experience (enhancements, upgrades)
• Knowledge of plant health, seasonal services, and property care
