Planning Support Data Entry Specialist Lead
Location: Carlsbad

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Planning Support Data Entry Specialist Lead to join our team in Carlsbad, San Diego. This role will provide critical administrative and data entry support while helping coordinate daily planning activities and ensuring information is accurate, organized, and up to date.

The ideal candidate will have strong data entry skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities will include entering and maintaining data in internal systems, reviewing information for accuracy, preparing reports and documentation, tracking updates, and supporting the planning team with administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter, update, and maintain accurate data within internal systems and databases
• Review data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
• Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and other planning-related documentation
• Track updates, changes, and deadlines to ensure timely completion of projects
• Provide administrative and operational support to the planning team
• Coordinate daily workflow and prioritize assignments based on business needs
• Serve as a lead resource and provide guidance and support to other team members
• Monitor data quality and identify discrepancies or areas requiring correction
• Collaborate with multiple departments to gather, verify, and update information
• Help improve processes and maintain organized documentation and records

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, planning, or a similar role
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a team

Assignment Details:

• Contract to hire
• Onsite
• Located in Carlsbad, San Diego
• Compensation: $30.00-$34.00 per hour DOE
• Monday- Friday 8:00am-5:00pm PST
