In this role, you'll be a key leader of a 60 plus person team, responsible for delivering on the game's long-term strategic roadmap. We're looking for someone who is not only a master of project management but also a creative problem-solver who can optimize development processes and lead a team to success.The ideal candidate is passionate about games, a strategic thinker, and an expert in running robust live operations. You will collaborate closely with the team and management to balance development priorities, improve pipelines, and ensure a best-in-class experience for our players. A top priority for this role is to grow and mentor the production talent within the Puzzle organization, helping producers at all levels develop and grow their careers.Oversee the robust live operations of a critical title, ensuring smooth execution and stability for players.Improve team pipelines and workflows while monitoring team organization to ensure proper support.Resolve conflicts with internal, cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations.Present a clear, accurate, and digestible picture of the project to executive leadership while advocating for the team and development plans.QUALIFICATIONS 8+ years of experience in a game production role, with a preference for casual mobile gamingExceptional leadership skills with the ability to build consensus and support for initiatives across multiple teams.Proven experience in live operations within a fast-paced, event-driven game environment.Extremely strong knowledge of the marketplace, market trends, and data, with the ability to identify product improvements.The ability to balance project demands with creative essentials and the player experience.A solid project management foundation in various methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall, with the ability to customize workflows to meet team needs.Strong technical skills and hands-on experience with configuration management and deployment tools, such as JSON configuration.In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation for this role. The range listed is just one component of Jam City's total compensation package for employees, which may also include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. Starting pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, certifications, location, business needs, or market demands. This range is based on a full-time position.
