Agile Project Manager

Weekly pay via direct deposit or a pay card. Compensation $45/hour target 6–9 month contract What You'll Be Doing Lead Agile sprint planning, execution, and retrospectives. Coordinate delivery across business, IT, operations, and vendor teams. Partner with Product Owners to manage and prioritize backlogs. Track sprint health, velocity, risks, and dependencies. Remove delivery roadblocks and drive accountability. Communicate project status and outcomes to stakeholders. Ensure delivery aligns with governance and regulatory expectations. What You'll Need to be Considered 5+ years of Agile Projecrt Management experience Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent Agile certification. Experience delivering projects within banking, financial services, or another regulated industry. Ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority. Experience with Agile delivery, sprint planning, and backlog management. Experience communicating delivery progress to executive stakeholders. Familiarity with Azure DevOps or Smartsheet.
