Registered Nurse Evercare of Granite City • Granite City, Illinois Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Evercare of Granite City in Granite City, IL. About the Role Assess patients’ physical and emotional needs, develop individualized care plans, and implement interventions to address their unique needs. Administer medications and treatments, as prescribed by physicians, and monitor patients’ responses to therapy. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless communication and coordinated care. Educate patients and families on disease management, treatment options, and overall health promotion. Requirements Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Illinois. High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field preferred.
