Position Overview Responsible for the delivery of patient care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation. Responsible for directing, coordinating all nursing care based on established clinical nursing practices. Collaborates with other professional disciplines to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and the achievement of desired patient outcomes. Specifics Position: Registered Nurse Department: Cardiac Cath Lab Location: Gateway Regional Medical Center 2100 Madison Ave. Granite City, IL 62040 Position Status: Full-time Work Schedule: Days, 7:30am-4:00pm 80hrs per/wk Education Qualifications Required: Graduate of an Accredited School of Professional Nursing Certification Qualifications Required: Current Illinois Nursing License Required: Current Basic Life Support (AHA or American Red Cross BLS) certification Required: Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA or American Red Cross ACLS) within 90 days Experience Qualifications Previous experience Required Ability to work collaboratively with all members of the health care team and excellent communication skills required Requires physical stamina and emotional stability Company Benefits Competitive salary and performance-based incentives Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance plans.
