Registered Nurse – Cath Lab (Cardiac Catheterization Lab) | Saint Louis, Missouri, US
Start date: 09/21/2026 | Travel assignment (weeks) | Weekly pay: $2,542–$2,680 per week | Guaranteed hours: 40 hours/week | Shift: Day, 7:30–16:00, Mon–Fri | Setting: Acute care environment with a Cardiac Cath Lab

- On-call requirement: Yes — 1–2 days per week plus every 3rd or 4th weekend

Responsibilities
- Circulate in cardiac cath lab procedures, including diagnostic caths, TAVR, AAA interventions, ICD/pacemaker placements, TEE, cardioversion, IMPELLA, and STEMI care.
- Monitor patient rhythm, hemodynamics, sedation levels, and recovery, with prompt escalation as needed.
- Provide device/procedural support (IMPELLA, IABP, AngioJet) in coordination with the interventional team.
- Prepare and maintain sterile equipment and supplies; ensure imaging and monitoring systems are functioning; document procedures in EPIC.
- Communicate findings and changes in patient status to the physician and nursing team; support safe patient handoffs and post-procedure care.

Requirements
- Active RN license (Missouri) or eligibility; pending license accepted per compliance guidelines.
- ACLS and BCLS certifications required by compliance deadline.
- Minimum 2 years of Cardiac Cath Lab experience; first-timers accepted.
- EPIC charting experience preferred; ability to work in a hospital-based Cath Lab environment.
- On-site work ability and good collabo-rative skills with the interventional team.
