** RemX Staffing is seeking Hybrid Insurance Sales Agents **

** ********** Training provided - Must have 2 yrs plus SALES experience************

** Requirements: **

• Sales, strong communication and customer support skills

** Salary: **

** Commensurate with Experience- Uncapped monthly bonuses/ Minimum Salary- $43,000K **

** If you are an established sales agent client offering amazing Incentives (top of based salary)**

** Start Date ** : May 2026

** Location: ** Warwick, RI 02886 - Hybrid role (3 days onsite)

** Regular Schedule: **

• Monday–Friday, 8:00am – 5:30pm

Rotational Saturdays (once a month)

** Training Hours: **

• 8:30am – 5:00pm EST

** Key Responsibilities: **

• Warm leads Inbound (Outbound for Follow up)

• Sell personal insurance products via phone and email

• Follow up with clients to complete sales

• Maintain licensing through training and continuing education

• Keep an organized pipeline and prioritize leads

• Explain insurance coverage clearly to clients
