** About the Role **

We are hiring motivated candidates for a high‐performing insurance sales team. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast‐paced, metrics‐driven environment and enjoy helping customers find the right insurance solutions. You will handle inbound sales calls and may occasionally handle some outbound calls to maximize sales opportunities. ** Compensation **

Base Pay: $20.70/hour (could be higher based on experience)

Additional 5% pay incentive for bilingual employees

Incentive Plan (Uncapped):
Your earning potential grows directly with your results. The incentive plan is based on:

1. Total dollar volume sold
2. Net new policies sold
3. Customer satisfaction scores

** Overall Earning Potential: **
For someone coming in with little to no experience, it’s very realistic to earn an additional $25K to $30K in the first year on top of base salary. Some earn more, but that’s a solid expectation for year one.

Bilingual Incentive: Additional 5% pay incentive for bilingual employees.

** Schedule **

Training Schedule (Onsite):
Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm EST

Post‐Training Schedule:

• Monday–Friday, 8:00am–6:00pm EST (assigned shift)
• Rotational Saturdays, 8:00am–5:30pm EST (approximately once per month)
• Full‐time: 40 hours/week, five 8‐hour shifts

** Key Responsibilities **

• Handle inbound sales calls and positively promote insurance products
• Educate customers on coverage options
• Gather customer information to create accurate quotes
• Bind new policies and maximize sales opportunities
• Provide exceptional customer service and uphold quality standards
• Navigate multiple computer systems while engaging customers professionally
• Identify cross‐sell and upsell opportunities

** What You Bring **

• Minimum 1 year in a sales environment
• Proven ability to meet quotas, metrics, and performance goals
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex information clearly
• Coachable, adaptable, and motivated to grow within the insurance industry
• Ability to work in a fast‐paced environment and manage multiple tasks
• Eligible to obtain resident or non‐resident property & casualty licenses in all required states
• High school diploma or equivalent required (Bachelor’s preferred)
