Financial Analysis - Open Banking Finance - Senior Associate

Join the Open Banking Finance team to support the finance and strategy operating rhythm for the Consumer and Community Banking (CCB) Open Banking organization by coordinating recurring reporting, consolidating inputs across teams, and preparing clear, timely leadership updates.As a Senior Associate within Open Banking Finance, you will partner across the firm to provide financial and strategic analysis, oversight, and coordination of budgeting and forecasting. You will also manage cross functional workstreams with other Connected Commerce pillars of Payments and Lending. Additionally, you will be responsible for one of our key businesses where you will be expected to deliver value-added financial reporting and analysis, and assist with strategic direction and decision making. Job ResponsibilitiesManage financial budgeting, reporting, forecasting and analysisProvide analytics and strategy including, but not limited to stakeholder recommendations, customer behavior, and analyzing card businessCreate financial business cases supporting business initiativesDevelop and track performance metrics, creating presentations, and generally providing financial analysis on a variety of topics to senior managementOversee the process to deliver month-end results, the forecast for the remainder of the year, and the budget for future years.Perform variance analysis to understand the key drivers of the results and presenting commentary to line of business Chief Financial Officers explaining changes from prior forecasts/budgets.Help design new reports and dashboards to efficiently deliver the financial results to senior managementEnhance controls and streamline processes, introducing automation where possibleRequired Qualifications, Capabilities, and SkillsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a subject of a technical nature4+ years of work experience in Financial Services with a Finance, Planning & Analysis, Business Management, Accounting or Consulting backgroundAdvanced skills in Excel and PowerPointStrong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex issues clearlyHighly motivated and able to thrive and think clearly under pressure and tight deadlinesIntegrity in handling highly sensitive and confidential informationStrong analytical and problem solving skills with ability to analyze large data sets and present conclusions conciselyPreferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and SkillsTeam player with the ability to be respected as a trusted partner for the Business, Finance, and key partnersWilling to learn new technical skills and applicationsHighly motivated self-starter with excellent time management/prioritization skillsInquisitive, enthusiastic and diligent, and capable of challenging peersAdditional InformationTo be eligible for this role, you must be authorized to work in the United States.
