Press Brake Operator
1st and 2nd Shift Press Brake Operator | $2430/hr
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate press brake machines to meet production and quality standards
- Bend metal parts up to 144 inches using approved setups
- Perform basic machine setups using blueprints and bend simulations
- Read and interpret technical drawings for accurate part production
- Enter and track production data in EPICOR
- Troubleshoot and collaborate with Leads/Supervisors on setup or production issues
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

Qualifications
- Proven press brake experience
- CNC experience (required for higher-level roles)
- Knowledge of metal properties and inspection standards
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Richfield, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $30.00/hr.
