ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 1982 and has built a strong reputation over the years with a close-knit team of three. I’ve spent my entire career in the insurance industry, including time as a claims adjuster, which has given me deep industry knowledge and a strong understanding of how to best serve our customers.

I’m a graduate of California State University, Sacramento, and outside of the office, I enjoy spending time on the water as a catamaran captain. I’m married with children, and family plays an important role in both my personal life and how I run the agency. We stay actively involved in the community through organizations like the Auburn Chamber of Commerce, the Downtown Business Association, and local volunteer efforts.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Frank Lewis - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
