Requirements MD with 12+ years in biopharma medical affairs, with preferred experience in oncology or hematology, especially in precision oncology, ADCs, or IO. Proven track record in building global or US-specific medical teams, pre-launch and launch support, evidence generation, and cross-functional collaboration. High-value biopharma specifics include focus on oncology (SCLC, lung cancers, neuroendocrine), early to mid-stage clinical development, and engagement with global regulatory and commercial teams.
