They are also responsible for the organization, maintenance and cleanliness of the stock room. The Stock Manager represents the brand, operates in a professional manner, maintains store standards, and supports teamwork.Work Environment:Requires ability to lift large and heavy packages and boxes rapidly and constantly and to perform a continuous process of loading and unloading large boxes throughout a scheduled shiftAble to reach overhead, bend, kneel, and carry product, necessary for customer service, inventory re-stock, processing shipment and store merchandisingThe ability to be able to stand/walk for extended periods of timeMust have ability to safely lift 50 lbs. without restrictionsAble to regularly perform store maintenance items: sweep, vacuum, empty trash, cleanAbility to use and climb ladders and/or step stoolsRequires ability to perform repetitive motions (i.e. hanging, folding, ringing up customers, etc.)The ability to use caution when dealing with difficult customers, houseless and/or transients and avoid confrontationsNoise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loudAdult content environmentMust be at least 18 years oldAll job requirements in the job description provided indicate the minimum level of knowledge, skills, and/or abilities deemed necessary to perform the job competently. Employees may be required to perform other job-related assignments as requested.Essential Duties And Responsibilities:Manages the in-store receiving process, and notifies necessary parties/completes paperwork in a timely and accurate mannerManages re-pricing projects from start to finish. Delegates tasks on the sales floor as necessary to complete projects accurately and on timeSensors, tags, and hangs merchandise as neededManages the merchandise presentation preparation merchandise in partnership with the Store Manager to ensure on time and efficient merchandise presentation implementationReplenishes merchandise from the stock room to the selling floor dailyEnsures stock room is organized, clean and merchandise is always floor readyIs accountable for the store exceeding the Company Shrink Goal by minimizing unit lossManages store preparation for physical inventories based on preparation directives and planning packetsEnsures compliance to standards, Hustler Values, How We HUSTLE and MissionKey holder and responsible for opening/closing store for stocking/inventoryMay supervisor one or more Stock LeadsFlexibility to work on the sales floor as needed based on the company needs and staffingOther duties as assignedQualifications:At least 1 year of experience in a retail setting preferredExcellent verbal and written communication skillsMust be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) and HolidaysAbility to utilize retail POS System & Inventory ScannerAbility to carry out detailed tasks and projects with minimal direction or supervision
