What You'll Do

As a  Remote Entry-Level Managing Agent , you'll build relationships, educate members, and provide outstanding customer service while developing valuable leadership and sales skills.

Primary Responsibilities

• Meet virtually with members through Zoom and phone appointments.

• Connect with qualified members who have requested benefit information.

• Evaluate clients' needs and recommend personalized insurance solutions.

• Explain life, accident, and supplemental health insurance benefits.

• Guide members through the enrollment process.

• Conduct policy reviews and assist with beneficiary updates.

• Provide exceptional ongoing customer service and policy support.

• Maintain accurate client records while following company and state compliance standards.

• Participate in weekly coaching, mentorship, and leadership development.

This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position.

Candidates selected to move forward should be prepared to:

• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
• Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense

No prior insurance experience is required. Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided.
