Senior Litigation Associate

Our client, an AmLaw200 full-service firm, is seeking a Senior Associate to join their rapidly growing Philadelphia office. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a premier litigation team handling a wide range of high‑exposure professional liaiblity matters for some of the firm's biggest clients.

Role Responsibilities

• Independently manage a litigation caseload from inception through resolution, including pleadings, motion practice, discovery, and trial preparation.
• Work closely with other attorneys and Partners on complex legal projects across profesional liability, general liability, medical malpractice, and related areas.
• Regularly handle court appearances, depositions, and case strategy development.
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing timely updates, evaluations, and strategic recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with applicable client guidelines and reporting requirements.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school; admitted to practice in the Pennsylvania.
• 8+ years of litigation experience.
• Strong preference for professional liaiblity experience, but the team is flexible on background in lieu of strong litigation skills.
• Superior written and oral advocacy skills, with the ability to manage multiple matters in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong legal research, analytical, and litigation skills; legal project‑management experience a plus.
• Demonstrated commitment to client service and high‑quality work product
