Federal Court Experience

Ardmore, PA (Hybrid)

$120K to $160K + discretionary bonus +$7,500 signing bonus (payable after 90 days)

If you want to take depositions, argue motions, and be directly involved in case strategy, this role is built for you.

We are a boutique litigation firm outside Philadelphia that serves as national counsel to major transportation and logistics companies, including Class I railroads. Our cases are in federal courts across the country.

Recent work includes prosecuting multi-million dollar infrastructure damage claims and handling federal preemption litigation in multiple jurisdictions.

You will work alongside experienced litigators, interact with clients, and work closely with fact and expert witnesses, including preparing them for deposition and testimony.

This role is designed for an attorney who wants to work with the best and elevate their litigation skills.

Responsibility, client exposure, and compensation increase with performance.

What we are looking for

2 to 6 years of litigation experience

Strong writing and analytical ability

Experience with motion practice

Deposition experience is helpful but not required

Federal court experience is a plus

Comfortable taking ownership and following through
