This role will provide operational, programmatic, and communications support across talent development, associate engagement, and organizational development. The Specialist is a high-visibility role that is critical in ensuring seamless execution of key initiatives including client leadership development programs, team effectiveness sessions, corporate training sessions, and support for associate engagement. The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating across multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.Must HavesAt least 4 years of relevant experience (combination of talent development, HR, L&D, organizational effectiveness, corporate communications, and/or programmanagement)Experience coordinating and facilitating training, workshops, or team sessionsKnowledge and application of ADDIE, SAM, or other instructional design frameworksStrong project management and organizational skills.Comfort and experience with using AI toolsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAttention to detail and comfort in managing multiple priorities simultaneouslyBachelor's degree preferred (Business, xhyhwjd Psychology, HR, Communications, ODpreferred)Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite apps and collaboration technology toolsNice to HaveExperience supporting HR, Talent Development, Organizational Effectiveness, and/or Internal Communications functions in Corporate paceFamiliarity with assessment tools such as DiSC, Predictive Index, Hogan, Korn FerryExperience with learning management systems and employee listening platformsExperience with Canva and internal communications platformsExperience working in matrixed environment Insight Global
