General Liability Pre-Suit Attorney

Morgan & Morgan, P.A. is seeking a lawyer to serve as a Pre-Suit Attorney in our Orlando office. This is an opportunity to make mission critical decisions for the firm and play a significant role in our growth. You will make a positive impact on your clients lives and assist them through the process of pursuing justice. Responsibilities Day-to-day handling of all pre‑litigation work Complete the Flip‑to‑Lit approval Guide clients through the case process Drafting and filing of pre‑litigation documents Complete TD approval for liability issues Oversee settlement negotiations and the formation of demand packages Manage the release approval process Manage a team of 6-10 Case Managers Focus on Personal injury cases, primarily general liability Drive compliance and KPIs amongst team EUOs, PIP Statements, recorded statements Requirements Law degree from a fully accredited law school An active member in good standing with the FL State Bar Association 1+ years of personal injury experience Ability to manage high volume of pre-lit cases Excellent client service and communication skills Strong leadership skills Self‑starter driven by long‑term career goals Superior writing and oral advocacy skills Benefits Morgan & Morgan is a leading personal injury law firm dedicated to protecting the people, not the powerful.
