Job Description

As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Bicycle Patrol Driver in Stockton, CA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine bike patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service to tenants and visitors. This driving position supports a caring, people-first culture through clear communication, teamwork, integrity, and reliable reporting while using computer or tablet tools as needed.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and/or property staff by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of commercial real estate buildings, common areas, parking facilities, exterior grounds, and perimeter areas to help identify unusual conditions and help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with property procedures, documenting observations and reporting incidents or maintenance concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols and contacting emergency services when appropriate.
• Prepare clear, accurate activity reports and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and property management representatives.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Must be able to ride a bike.
• Ability to ride a bike for long periods of time is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
