This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are motivated, confident communicators, and eager to learn the complete recruitment lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to candidate submission and negotiation. Work on a variety of Healthcare staffing requirements for clients across the United States. Source qualified candidates through job portals, databases, referrals, and other recruitment channels. Review and screen candidate profiles against job descriptions and required skill sets. Conduct initial candidate screenings and ask relevant probing questions to assess experience, qualifications, availability, and interest. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future requirements. Discuss employment opportunities, pay rates, and employment types with candidates. Negotiate pay rates and ensure candidate expectations align with job requirements. Submit qualified candidate profiles to clients while managing multiple open requisitions. Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process and maintain accurate recruitment records. #J-18808-Ljbffr
