We are seeking an Occupational Therapist for a direct‑hire opportunity at a Skilled Nursing facility in Lakeport, CA .

Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients across a wide range of diagnoses.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility guidelines and procedures.
- Demonstrate professionalism, enthusiasm, and responsibility while delivering high‑quality patient care.
- Collaborate effectively as a team member and contribute to a positive, supportive work environment.
Qualifications
- Current and active state Occupational Therapist license – or eligibility for licensure in the state of assignment.
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
- Skilled Nursing experience preferred; new graduates with skilled nursing clinical rotations are encouraged to apply.
- Flexibility and adaptability in new clinical environments.
- BLS Certification.
