Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift | 4x10-Hour Days, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:30 PM | Call requirement includes one day per week and one weekend per four-week schedule

Key Responsibilities

• Scrub for all Cardiac Cath Lab procedures, including complex interventional and structural heart cases such as TAVR, PCI, stent placement, thrombectomy, Impella insertion, left and right heart catheterization, and rotablation
• Monitor patients and manage PA lines and telemetry throughout procedures
• Operate within a multi-room lab environment, managing up to three rooms
• Participate in on-call rotation, including weekday and weekend call with callback requirements
• Chart accurately using EPIC and MAC Lab systems
• Float to EP or the Cath Lab patient holding area on an as-needed basis

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license in North Carolina or a Compact state
• Minimum of 2 years of Cardiac Cath Lab experience
• Structural Heart scrub experience is required — including TAVR procedures
• Ability to scrub for all procedures, not limited to diagnostic cases
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications
• Must pass EKG testing prior to start

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience circulating, performing IV starts, and administering conscious sedation
• Familiarity with advanced Cath Lab procedures including Watchman, septal closure, ablations, coil embolization, and filter placement
• Rhythm interpretation and EKG experience
• ARRT Advanced Certification
