Outpatient Orthopedic Physical Therapist

Location: Jacksonville, AL

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: 8-hour day shifts, with option for overtime as approved by the director.

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Outpatient Orthopedic Physical Therapist to provide high-quality care in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will focus on orthopedic rehabilitation, working with various patient needs while maintaining productivity standards.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Administer therapeutic interventions and modalities to improve patient outcomes.
• Maintain productivity expectations of 60 visits per week.
• See 12-14 patients per day, including double-booked follow-up visits.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals across clinics as needed.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Outpatient experience preferred; new graduates welcome to apply.
• Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
