Operational Excellence & Portfolio Support Specialist

Job Summary Are you ready to drive operational excellence and make an impact across product portfolios and cross‑functional teams? In this role you will support operational excellence and portfolio management activities, helping to drive efficiency, data accuracy, and cross‑functional coordination for successful product lifecycle management. Where You’ll Make a Difference Coordinate sample requests, including receipt, tracking, storage, and distribution to internal stakeholders. Support raw material and alternate vendor qualification processes to ensure compliance and continuity. Facilitate New Product Introduction (NPI) and Ingredient Qualification Request (IQR) processes across teams. Maintain and validate portfolio, supplier, and product data to ensure accuracy and consistency. Support data collection, cleansing, reporting, and dashboard updates for business insights. Coordinate sensory, analytical, and technical evaluations, ensuring proper documentation and follow‑up. Contribute to portfolio rationalization and continuous improvement initiatives. Maintain project documentation, action logs, and status tracking across multiple activities. Collaborate with Procurement, Quality, Technical, Innovation, and Business teams to support operational goals. What Makes You the Right Fit Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Food Science, Data Analytics, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field. Experience coordinating projects or activities across multiple functions. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data reporting tools. High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and quality. Effective communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work in a structured, process‑driven environment. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights. Familiarity with systems such as SAP, Power BI, or SharePoint is advantageous. How You Would Stand Out Experience supporting product lifecycle or portfolio management processes.
