Responsibilities

• Maintain minor and routine painting, electrical, and other maintenance activities using hand tools.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Performs various maintenance duties such as installation and repair to fixtures in
• Troubleshoots and repairs minor plumbing and electrical problems; replaces a variety of light bulbs and lighting accessories.
• Performs preventative maintenance in and around facilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in working within a customer service role
• Positive attitude, can-do mentality and eagerness to improve
• Previous janitorial and/or maintenance experience preferred
• Diligent work ethic and dedicated approach to performing duties
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
