This role is crucial for ensuring daily production targets are met, maintaining high-quality standards, and fostering a safe work environment within our non-climate-controlled warehouse. Responsibilities:Meet daily production goals while upholding strict quality and safety standards.Achieve one-minute cycle times, supporting multiple production stations or areas as needed.Perform repetitive lifting of automotive parts and finished goods (50-75 lbs), handling approximately 300 units per day.Accurately inspect parts and execute tasks per work instructions.Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.Promptly report equipment defects and quality issues.Complete required paperwork and adhere to rotation schedules.Operate safely, strictly observing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) guidelines and 5S standards.Actively support problem-solving, ISO initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts.Maintain full compliance with company policies and legal requirements.Empowered to stop production immediately for any safety or significant quality concerns.Perform other duties as assigned.Work Environment:Non-climate-controlled warehouse setting.Part Time Production Operator Qualifications:Pre-employment Requirements:Successful completion of a background check is required.Successful completion of a drug screen (excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment.A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
