Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active MA physical therapy license is required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• At least 3 months of outpatient physical therapy experience, or 1 year of PT experience in other settings.
• Experience with EMR systems; familiarity with Raintree preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Productivity experience treating approximately 55-63 patients per week preferred.
• Experience working in a patient-centered outpatient clinic model preferred.

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 08:00-16:30.
• Work days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday.
• Schedule flexibility: open to 4x10-hour days or 5x8-hour days; must be open to two evenings per week until 19:30.
• EMR: Raintree.
• Must be willing to float to other facilities when requested.
