Production Maintenance Supervisor

Job Role: Supervisor Production Maintenance Duration: Full Time Company Details: We’re looking for a Supervisor Production Maintenance to join our team in Coppell, Texas. In this role, you will supervise the Production Technical Support Department and report to the Manager/Sr Director Production Tech Support. The work hours are Monday-Friday, 6:00 PM – 2:30 AM (off‑peak) and 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM (on‑peak). Eligible for annual bonus. Qualifications: Associate’s degree or Technical/Trade School 5+ years’ experience in the operation and repair of production equipment Proficiency in the operation and repair of insertion and bindery equipment, with electronic and electrical circuit experience necessary Electrical and electronics repair a plus Knowledge, understanding and experience of reporting tools Jet/IQ 1+ years’ minimum supervisory experience in a high‑volume production environment Responsibilities: Provide direction and mechanical support to all production mechanics as required, monitoring all work in progress to maintain constant production workflow and timely equipment repairs Maintain parts inventory for all equipment, including a complete list of parts to be ordered with vendor cost for each part Monitor records of preventive maintenance performed on equipment and ensure maintenance occurs according to scheduled deadlines Stay informed of all new technology and equipment used by the technical support and production operations departments Fill in and assume all management responsibilities in the Department Manager’s absence Accountable to meet or exceed Cost Per Unit targets on the shift (labor costs, overtime, inventory control, etc.) Monitor and maximize machine throughput Verify work is filled out properly, monitoring and following departmental procedures Reward, recognize and discipline associates Maintain all records pertaining to department personnel under the individual’s report Seniority level Mid‑Senior level Employment type Full‑time Job function Manufacturing #J-18808-Ljbffr Clevanoo LLC
