Our client is a well-established and respected general contractor with a strong presence across Florida. Known for delivering high-quality commercial, multifamily, and mixed-use developments, they have built a reputation for excellence, innovation, and strong client relationships. Due to continued growth and a robust project pipeline, they are looking to add a talented Project Manager to their team in Tampa.

Plan, schedule, and oversee construction projects to ensure timely completion and adherence to budget. Collaborate with stakeholders, contractors, and team members to ensure project objectives are met. Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively. Monitor project progress and make adjustments to plans as necessary to meet goals. Ensure all projects comply with safety regulations and quality standards. Prepare and present regular project updates and reports to management and stakeholders. Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the construction process. Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.

The successful candidate will possess: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred. 5+ years of Project Management experience within commercial construction. Experience managing projects valued at $10M+. Strong knowledge of construction contracts, scheduling, and budgeting. Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar project management software. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
