What You'll Be Doing Own and optimize the organization’s HR technology ecosystem, including UKG administration, data integrity, reporting infrastructure, integrations, security, and HR systems operations. Core Responsibilities HRIS / UKG System Administration Administer and maintain UKG and related HR systems Configure workflows, business processes, and system settings Manage system security and user access Coordinate system updates, releases, and testing Manage integrations and data mapping Troubleshoot system issues HRIS Data Management & Governance Maintain employee data integrity across systems Monitor imports, interfaces, and file feeds Conduct audits and validations Manage data extraction requests Oversee system feeds including wage increase data, 401(k), and HSA files Reporting & Analytics Develop and maintain HR and workforce reporting Produce scheduled and ad hoc reports Support executive reporting Provide data extracts to Payroll, Finance, and HR Benefits & HR Systems Support Configure and support open enrollment Manage benefit file feeds and vendor integrations Maintain document workflows in UKG Support ACA reporting (system side) HR Technology & Process Improvement Identify automation opportunities Lead process improvement initiatives Improve reporting efficiency and workflows Troubleshoot integration issues What We Are Looking For Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Systems, or related field preferred 3–5+ years of HRIS or systems administration experience Strong experience with UKG or similar HRIS platforms Experience with system integrations and data management Advanced Excel and reporting skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Attention to detail and data accuracy focus Ability to manage confidential information Apply today and join the fun! #J-18808-Ljbffr STAHLS'
