Are you a people-person who thrives on making connections, solving problems, and supporting both pets and their families? At Hickory Pet Inn , we’re seeking someone wonderful to join us as a Client Service Representative!
What You’ll Do
As a CSR, you are often the first and last point of contact for our clients and play an essential role in ensuring a seamless experience. In this role, you will:
- Welcome clients and patients warmly, providing a positive first impression
- Answer phones, respond to emails, and schedule appointments efficiently
- Assist with check-ins and check-outs
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all client information is up-to-date
- Provide clear, compassionate communication
- Help manage a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area
Anticipated Schedule
This is a full-time position
Compensation
- Starting at $16.00/hour

We’re seeking a Client Service Representative who is organized, friendly, and motivated by meaningful work. You likely have:
- Experienced in customer service (veterinary, medical, pet care, or hospitality preferred)
- Comfortable multitasking in a busy, high-energy environment
- Skilled in communication and conflict resolution
- Compassionate, empathetic, and team-oriented
- Excited to learn and grow within a supportive hospital setting
