This is an in office role for a CPA (or CPA candidate / EA) with a solid Tax background in a mid sized firm. You'll have prepared complex 1040, 1065, 1120 and 1120s returns. The firm runs on a steady workload, long standing small business clients. A grounded culture where people stay because they want to, not because they feel trapped. You would be stepping into a team that values broad exposure, accessible Partners, and a pace that feels sustainable even when busy season turns up. You’ll likely be a CPA, EA or CPA candidate, with preparation experience in a mid sized CPA firm.
