About the Role
The Company is in search of a Senior Vice President, Finance to take on a pivotal role as a strategic partner to the executive team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the finance function, overseeing financial strategy, planning, controls, and performance management across a complex, multi-entity environment. This includes serving as a key player in long-term planning and value creation, leading all financial management activities, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and reporting requirements. The role also involves driving financial processes, systems, and reporting capabilities, as well as building and leading a high-performing finance and accounting team. Applicants for the Senior Vice President, Finance position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree, with a CPA, MBA, or equivalent professional qualification preferred. Significant leadership experience in finance, particularly within real estate, development, retail, hospitality, or complex multi-entity businesses, is essential.
