Schedule: 35 hours per week - Typical hours: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM 3:00 PM

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Bookkeeper to join our team in a direct-hire capacity. This role is ideal for an experienced accounting professional who thrives in a small business environment and enjoys taking ownership of a wide range of financial and administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable wearing many hats in a collaborative office setting.

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance
• Process payroll accurately and on time
• Prepare financial reports, spreadsheets, and management summaries using Excel and QuickBooks Enterprise
• Handle invoicing, including parts and labor billing
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning initiatives
• Support office operations and provide administrative assistance as needed
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies
• Deliver excellent internal and external customer service
• Collaborate with leadership on financial planning and business operations

• Bookkeeper Certification OR Associates Degree in Accounting
• Proficiency with QuickBooks Enterprise
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including spreadsheet creation and reporting
• Experience working in a small business environment
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced office setting
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

• 3+ years of experience working in an accounting firm
• Enrolled Agent designation or experience with business tax preparation/compliance
• Prior leadership or management experience
• Strategic planning experience
