We specialize in working with active adults, athletes, golfers, runners, and weekend warriors. Position Summary: We’re hiring a full-time Doctor of Physical Therapy to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a motivated, personable, and skilled clinician who thrives in a 1-on-1 environment and has a passion for helping active people get back to doing what they love. What You’ll Do: Deliver 1-on-1 physical therapy sessions for a full 60 minutes with each client Treat a mix of orthopedic and sports-related injuries with a movement- and strength-based approach Build long-term relationships with active individuals in the Scottsdale community Create and implement customized rehab and performance plans Educate, empower, and inspire clients through clear and effective communication Collaborate with a tight-knit, forward-thinking team Contribute to a culture of continual learning, growth, and excellence What We’re Looking For: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program Licensed (or license-eligible) in Arizona Strong knowledge of strength and conditioning principles Excellent communication, interpersonal, and listening skills Confident working with a range of active individuals: from runners to weightlifters, golfers to pickleball players A positive, empathetic, and growth-minded attitude Eagerness to grow professionally and personally in a supportive, innovative setting Bonus Points For: Prior experience in a cash-based or boutique performance clinic Familiarity or personal experience with running, weightlifting, golfing, or pickleball Certification in strength and conditioning (CSCS or equivalent) What We Offer: Full-time salaried position with competitive pay Flexible schedule and autonomy 1-on-1 treatment model (no double-booking or insurance headaches) Mentorship and support from experienced performance PTs Continuing education opportunities and support Tons of room for personal and professional growth A fun, supportive, and athlete-minded culture #J-18808-Ljbffr Pinnacle Performance & Wellness
